  • I do not accept insurance at this time; however, I am able to provide you with a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt that you receive after each session. It includes all the information your insurance company needs (such as diagnosis and service codes) to potentially reimburse you for out-of-network services. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you can submit the superbill directly to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

To submit a superbill, you can usually log into your insurance portal and upload the document. Reimbursement rates and timelines vary depending on your specific plan, so it can be helpful to contact your insurance company directly to get more info about your out-of-network benefits, deductible, and expected reimbursement.

Insurance can be confusing. I’m happy to walk you through the process if you choose to utilize your out-of-network benefits.

  • I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full session rate.

This policy helps protect the time set aside specifically for you, which cannot typically be offered to another client on such short notice. I understand that unexpected situations can come up, and I’m always open to discussing extenuating circumstances when they arise.
