About Me

Hi there! My name is Jenna Chamblin. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual mental health therapy.

Education & Licensure

I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Aurora University in 2022. During my studies, I specialized in healthcare and gerontology.

I am currently licensed in Illinois (LCSW), Iowa (LISW), and Maine (LCSW).

Work Experience

I have worked in a variety of settings, including a senior services agency, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (PHP/IOP), and group practice.

I have extensive experience using evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety related conditions, including Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT).

Approach to Therapy

I enjoy working with teens and adults. I am passionate about helping clients learn strategies to better manage their symptoms. While I specialize in OCD and anxiety disorders, I also enjoy supporting my clients as they navigate life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, and depression. My goal is to create a space where my clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences while building meaningful skills.

My mission is to provide mental health care that is specialized to each person’s individual needs, not just another generic treatment plan.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, hot yoga, playing The Sims 4, and spending time with my cats, Delta and Fiona.
