Jenna Chamblin, LCSW/LISW

Hello!

Jenna is a therapist who works with adolescents and adults, specializing in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. She holds a Master of Social Work with a concentration in healthcare and gerontology from Aurora University and has experience across a variety of clinical settings, including a senior services agency, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (PHP/IOP), and group practice.

She has extensive experience utilizing evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety related conditions, including Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT). She is passionate about helping clients understand how their symptoms work and building practical skills that help them move toward the lives they want to live.

While she specializes in OCD and anxiety disorders, she also enjoys supporting adolescents and adults through life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, and depression. Her therapeutic style emphasizes authenticity, curiosity, creativity, and humor, and she strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences while building meaningful skills.

Her mission is to help members of the community access mental healthcare that truly addresses their specific conditions through specialized, evidence-based treatment.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys participating in a book club, practicing hot yoga, building LEGO sets, and playing The Sims 4.
